For those who don't mind multi-lap runs, this is a traffic-free course on good footpaths through and around its historic Exhibition Park and the Town Moor. Each lap is 3.74 miles long. HQ location: The Boathouse, Exhibition Park, NE2 4PZ.
Included within this event, we have marathon (7 laps) and half marathon (3.5 laps) races with course accuracy certificates. We also have a 6 hour event where you can run as far as you like within the 6 hour time limit.

There will be portable toilets available in the compound adjacent to the Boathouse headquarters and bags may be left in the NEMC tent at your own risk. There is a feed station supplying water, juice and sweets on each lap. You are welcome to bring your own labelled food and drinks to leave at the station. There is a medal, crisps and chocolate for all finishers. The event will all be chip timed.
